SP706TEN-LTR is a Microprocessor & Microcontroller Supervisor IC manufactured by MaxLinear. It is supplied as a Surface Mount package with an SOIC-8_150mil configuration and is RoHS compliant. The IC contains a watchdog timer to protect against system reset failures and a low reset timeout to increase system performance. It also offers several key features such as Power-On Reset with adjustable delay timing, Power Reset Assertion with adjustable delay timing and Reset Debounce with adjustable delay timing. Additionally, the SP706TEN-LTR features Brown-Out Detection with a selectable range option, Manual Reset Capability, and an active low Power Shutdown capability. The output logic is highly tolerant to power supply type variations and the output driver has fast rise/fall times. It is designed to meet the requirements of a large variety of applications.
