The RH25-25 is part of Memcor-Truohm's line of reverse osmosis (RO) membranes. It is a thin-film composite membrane designed for residential and small commercial water treatment systems. This membrane is made of two special layers: a semi-permeable membrane layer (typically made of polyamide) sandwiched between two non-porous supporting layers. This geometry makes the membrane highly selective in the types of substances it can let through and helps to keep out harmful substances, such as heavy metals, salts and other contaminants. The RH25-25 membrane can handle a maximum operating pressure of 60 psi and is designed to treat 25 gallons of water per day. Benefits of using this membrane include higher efficiency, a longer membrane life, reduced waste and higher quality water.
