MikroElektronika’s MIKROMEDIA HMI 3.5 is a visual interface development platform for designing, simulating and programming Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs). This platform is based on 9S12 MCU and is mainly used for development of embedded applications for DIN rail controllers, industrial automation systems and other embedded systems. It provides hardware and software tools such as TFT display, touch panel and integrated development environment (IDE) with an integrated IDE that allows users to develop interfaces with C language and a robust real-time environment implemented into onboard MikroC and MikroPascalMCU virtual compilers. With its graphical programming technology, users can create Human Machine Interfaces faster. All user settings and operations are stored in internal Flash memory, making the programs non-volatile. MIKROMEDIA HMI 3.5 also supports CAN bus and Ethernet communication for transmission of data over serial or network. It contains a library of function for hardware management such as direct screen manipulation and access to I/O ports. It also has the capability to emulate the application on Windows NT4/2000/XP for testing and debugging. The MIKROMEDIA HMI 3.5 platform allows users to easily create HMIs for embedded systems without loss of productivity or introducing complexity in the development process.
