HR1001B Enhanced LLC Controller with Adaptive Dead-Time Control DESCRIPTION FEATURES The HR1001B is an enhanced LLC controller, Adaptive Dead-Time Adjustment which provides new adaptive dead-time Capacitive Mode Protection adjustment (ADTA) and capacitive mode 50% Duty Cycle, Variable Frequency protection (CMP) features. Control for Resonant Half-Bridge Converter The adaptive dead-time adjustment inserts a 600V High-Side Gate Driver with Integrated dead time between the two complimentary gate Bootstrap Diode with High dv/dt Immunity outputs automatically. This is ensured by High-Accuracy Oscillator keeping the outputs off while sensing the dv/dt Operates up to 600kHz current of the half-bridge switching node. The Two-Level Over-Current Protection: ADTA features easier design, lower EMI, and Frequency Shift and Latched Shutdown with higher efficiency. Programmable Duration Time Latched Disable Input for Easy Protection The HR1001B incorporates anti-capacitive mode protection, which prevents potentially Remote On/Off Control and Brown-Out destructive capacitive mode switching if the Protection through the BO Pin output is shorted or has a severe overload. Programmable Burst Mode Operation at This feature protects the MOSFET during Light Load abnormal conditions, making the converter Non-Linear Soft Start for Monotonic Output robust.
