MP1925 100V, 4A, High-Frequency, Half-Bridge Gate Driver DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP1925 is a high-frequency, half-bridge, Drives an N-Channel MOSFET Half-Bridge N-channel power MOSFET driver. Its low-side 115V Bootstrap Voltage Range and high-side driver channels are controlled On-Chip Bootstrap Diode independently and matched with less than 5ns Typical Propagation Delay of 20ns of time delay. Under-voltage lockout (UVLO) on Gate Driver Matching of Less than 5ns both the high-side and low-side supplies forces Drives a 2.2nF Load with 15ns of Rise Time the outputs low in the event that the supply is and 10ns of Fall Time at 12V VDD insufficient. The integrated bootstrap diode TTL-Compatible Input reduces the external component count. Quiescent Current of Less than 150A The MP1925 is available in a QFN-8 UVLO for Both High-Side and Low-Side (4mmx4mm) package. Gate Drivers Available in a QFN-8 (4mmx4mm) Package APPLICATIONS Motor Drivers Telecom Half-Bridge Power Supplies Avionics DC/DC Converters Two-Switch Forward Converters Active Clamp Forward Converters All MPS parts are lead-free, halogen-free, and adhere to the RoHS directive.
