MP21600 0.6A, Synchronous, Step-Down Converter with 11A I in Ultra-Small 1x1.5mm QFN Q DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP21600 is a monolithic, step-down, Low I : 11A Q switch-mode converter with built-in, internal 2.4MHz Switching Frequency power MOSFETs. The output voltage can be Up to 0.6A Output Current regulated as low as 0.6V. 120m and 80m Internal Power MOSFET Switches The constant-on-time (COT) control scheme provides fast transient response and eases loop Output Discharge stabilization. Fault protections include cycle-by- 100% Duty Cycle cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown.
