MP2160 1.2A Peak, 6V, 3.5MHz, COT Synchronous Step Down Switcher The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP2160 is a monolithic step-down switch Wide 2.7V to 6V Operating Input Range mode converter with built-in internal power Output Adjustable from 0.6V MOSFETs. It achieves 1.2A peak continuous Up to 1.2A Peak Output Current output current from a 2.7V to 6V input voltage 100% Duty Cycle in Dropout with excellent load and line regulation. The Low IQ: 17A output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.6V. 100m and 60m Internal Power MOSFET Switches The Constant-On-Time control scheme Default 3.5MHz Switching Frequency provides fast transient response and eases loop EN and Power Good for Power Sequencing stabilization.
