MP3352 60V, 2.5A Integrated Photo Flash Charger with IGBT Driver and Quench The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP3352 is a fast, highly efficient, precision Integrated 60V, 200m Power Switch high-voltage photo-flash charger with integrated Programmable Peak Current Up to 2.5A IGBT driver for xenon flash applications. The 3% Charge Accuracy programmable peak current is up to 2.5A to <1uA Shutdown Current ensure fast charging time. A 200m internal Integrated IGBT Driver power switch minimizes the conduction loss. In Integrated Quench Feature addition, a 60V maximum voltage lowers the transformer turns ratio and improves the APPLICATIONS switching loss associated with the primary Digital Still Cameras leakage inductance.
