Additional Infomation About Product

The R5460N210AD-TR-FE is a two-cell Li-Ion Battery Protection IC manufactured by Nisshinbo. It is designed for protecting two cell Li-Ion batteries from under-voltage, over-voltage, over-current, and over-temperature conditions. The IC allows the user to set and monitor the battery pack voltage by setting the OVP voltage threshold between 4.2V-4.4V. It also has current protection and temperature protection features, allowing it to be used in most battery applications. It also has an integrated watchdog timer so that it can detect any problems and take corrective action if needed. Finally, it comes with an external battery balance chip which can adjust the voltage of each cell so that the pack voltage is as even as possible.
