PCF2123BS/1,512 is an 8-bit microcontroller from NXP. It is part of the PCF2123x family of highly integrated, low-power 8-bit microcontrollers based on the popular 8051 core. This part is optimized for low-power applications, and provides a low active power consumption of about 5µA at 33MHz. It is also optimized for low-power standby modes, with a sleep mode power consumption of around 0.2uA. It features up to 512KB of Flash memory, 16KB of RAM, 2KB of EEPROM, a variety of I/O peripherals including timers, USB, UART, and I2C, and 10-bit A/D & D/A converters. It has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, and is housed in a 44-pin LQFP.
