This device integrates a <120 mW at 230 V without External Bias high-voltage power regulator that enables operation AC without auxiliary bias winding. An internal No Need for Auxiliary Bias Winding transconductance amplifier reduces external Frequency Modulation for Attenuating EMI components for the feedback compensation circuit. Pulse-by-Pulse Current Limiting The integrated PWM controller includes: 10 V regulator for no external bias circuit, Under-Voltage Lockout Ultra-Low Operating Current: 250 A (UVLO), Leading-Edge Blanking (LEB), an optimized Built-in Soft-Start and Startup Circuit gate turn-on / turn-off driver, EMI attenuator, Thermal Shutdown (TSD), temperature-compensated precision Adjustable Peak Current Limit current sources for loop compensation, and fault- Built-in Transconductance (Error) Amplifier protection circuitry.
