The FM24C04B-G2 is a 4Kbit (512bytes) serial I2C Interface CMOS EEPROM. It is a nonvolatile, two-wire serial EEPROM which requires a low voltage to operate. The device can operate over a wide voltage range of 1.8 to 5.5V. The read/write cycle time is 0.45 ms max. The device is organized as 32 pages of 16 bytes each. It also has a self-timed write cycle and write-protection functions. The device is available in a tiny 8-pin SOP package, with a width of 1.27mm.
