Additional Infomation About Product

Electronics The TO270WBL is a non-RoHS version of the TO-270 package from Richardson Electronics. This plastic packaged transistor is available in both a WBL (Wide Band Low frequency) and WBF (Wide Band Frequency) version. The TO270WBL is designed for low frequency switching and amplification applications, such as computer peripherals, consumer electronics and television receivers. The TO270WBL has a central contact and three outer contacts, allowing it to provide both a control option and a DC source onto the emitter. It can be used as both a NPN or PNP transistor and has an operating temperature range of -40 to +105 Celsius. Its maximum collector current is typically 0.5 Amps and its maximum power dissipation is 600 mW.
