MC11.9 is a precision machining centre from the Russian company Teko. It is designed for high-speed machining of non-ferrous metals, such as aluminum and copper. The numerical control system of this machine is based on the latest servo-drive technology; the spindle speed is adjustable up to 24,000 rpm. The working area of the MC11.9 is 1100 x 600 x 400 mm, while the maximum load of the table is 250 kg. The machine is equipped with a wide range of tools and accessories, such as a 40-tool automatic tool changer, a programmable bezel and an automatic lubrication system. The workpiece material is fixed manually or pneumatically with a special clamping system, allowing for faster and more precise part processing. For increased flexibility, the machine is able to vacuum-form, to measure parts and to use different cutting fluids. The system is also compatible with many CAD/CAM software packages.
