The LP2998MRX/NOPB with Power Management Specialized DDR-I & DDR-II Termination Reg is a linear-regulator power supply designed for applications with DDR memory. It incorporates two low-dropout linear regulators, which are optimized for use with DDR I and II. The two regulators are capable of providing 5-A and 3-A peak currents respectively. It features excellent line and load regulation, output accuracy, and supported IO-voltage range of 1.2V to 3.6V. The LP2998MRX/NOPB also has an excellent thermal performance with a low-noise output range and is made with surface-mount technology for easy installation. The device is manufactured by Texas Instruments and ensures maximum energy efficiency and reliability.
