The Texas Instruments TPS3808G01DBVR is a programmable-delay supervisory circuit for power-supply monitoring. It is designed to control power-supply sequencing and supervise overvoltage and undervoltage conditions. It is a 2-pin, SOT-23-5 package-style concept-embedded integrated circuit (IC) with integrated hysteretic voltage monitor, two programmable digital outputs, and adjustable reset thresholds. The timer of this device is adjustable from 0.30 ms to 20 s, making it suitable for many microcontroller-based applications. It also has an adjustable reset delay time for providing greater control over the power supply states which need protection from undervoltages, overvoltages, or brownouts. Additionally, the device features an open-drain output pin and internal pull-up, making it well-suited for use in ultra-low power applications.
