, XBP1011-G is a low capacitance 10V unidirectional ESD Suppressor manufactured specifically for use in protecting high-speed data lines. These devices are encapsulated in an ultra-small 1.45×1.45mm molded SBD (Surface Mounted Device) package, and feature a low clamping voltage (3.7V typical) with good striking voltage. Furthermore, the XBP1011-G's low capacitance characteristic is designed to maintain clear edge definition and low line distortion of signals in high speed digital systems. These devices have excellent ESD performance and are capable of handling up to ±26kV ESD contact discharges as per IEC61000-4-2 and up to ±15kV of air discharges. Additionally, these ESD suppressors provide a low leakage current of less than 30nA (after milli second). The operating temperature range of XBP1011-G is from -40°C to +85°C. This diode is a type of electrical protection device which reduces the surge of current and protects the connected devices from electrical discharge.
