Additional Infomation About Product

XC61CC3002MR is a voltage detector made by Torex Semiconductor. It is an active low SOT-23-3L package with RoHS compliance. It features a microprocessor/microcontroller supervisor that is able to detect voltage inputs between 1.6V and 3.6V and monitors the input voltage levels. It can also provide reset and power-on reset functions. It is suitable for applications such as battery monitor, voltage monitor, reset controller, low voltage detector or supervisor circuit. The active low output can detect a voltage drop quickly and reset the system.
