TLP3064(S.C.F) is a Toshiba 8-pin low-cost, small outline, low-power, opto-isolated phototriac driver created for driving high-side triacs up to 600V. It provides isolated AC-DC control and offers excellent noise immunity of up to 8 kV surge input protection. It features an excellent surge input protection of up to 8 kV. An internal 3.3V zener clamps the control voltage to the output at 5V, allowing external control signals to be used without the need for external resistors. The internal power supply operates on 5 volts and the TLP3064 includes an internal supply of diodes and resistors. The TLP3064 is suitable for applications such as AC motor control, load switching, thermostats, and other home-appliances.
