Additional Infomation About Product

The VS-2N681 is a discrete surface-mount NPN transistor made by Vishay. It is a standard type of small-signal transistor used in a variety of different circuit applications, such as switching, amplifying and oscillating. It has a maximum collector current of 500mA and a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 30V. The VS-2N681 features an integrated feedback diode for protection of the device, as well as a built-in ESD protection for better handling. This transistor is suitable for use in high frequency, low voltage circuits.
