Texas Instruments Digital Potentiometer ICs
Digital potentiometer ICs are integrated circuits (ICs) which contain an array of potentials connected to two external terminals. The resistance of the potentials between the two terminals can be digitally adjusted with a certain input signal. These ICs are mostly used in applications such as signal conditioners and load-tolerant circuits, which require an adjustable resistance without manual manipulation. Digital potentiometers ICs are beneficial because they require a minimal amount of power, are reliable, and are adjustable for any desired purposes.
