The BH4126FV-E2 RF Chip SSOP-16_150mil RoHS by ROHM is a single-pole, 16-bit antenna switch IC with a single-pole, 4-throws configuration. It is made with a CMOS process and contains a two-way switch, four high-isolation switches with low insertion loss, and four high-gain amplifiers. This device features a low power consumption of 0.13 mA, excellent on resistance, and requires no external components for operation. Its small SSOP-16_150mil RoHS package allows for very high integration and provides a versatile, RoHS-compatible solution for wireless systems.
