Technical Data February 2014 3M Thermally Conductive Adhesive Tape 8943 Product Description 3M Thermally Conductive Adhesive Tape 8943 is designed to provide an efficient heat transfer path between heat generating components and heat sinks or other cooling devices. The tape consists of a carrier, highly loaded with thermally conductive fillers, coated on one side (3M 8943) with a high temperature resistance acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive. The specialized constructions securely bond the heat generating components to heat sinks and offers conductivity. The tape is electrical insulating.
