The Advanced Monolithic Systems (AMS) 1117-1.8 is a Low Dropout Regulator (LDO) with Positive Fixed 1.3V @ 1A. It features a standard SOT-223 package and is RoHS compliant. It has an input voltage range of between 15V and 1.8V and an output current up to 1A. This LDO is ideal for noise sensitive applications and provides more stability, accuracy, lower supply current and reduced output noise. It is designed to operate in a wide temperature range and has a high ripple rejection rate of 50dB (typical). This LDO is also designed to provide fast transient and reverse load protection.
