The AG256SL100C3 is an FPGA and CPLD device with a low-power, low-cost LQFP-100 RoHS: 0.5 mm pitch package and fabricated using a high-performance, low-power 0.18um CMOS process. It is capable of supporting single-ended controller logic or up to 56 macrocells for full controller operation. It also includes a programmable I/O architecture, up to 4K logic cells, enhanced memory functions, and up to 9 phase locked loops (PLLs). Additionally, the device can support +2.5V/+3.3V core and I/O voltage operation and can be configured as a G, B, H, C or Z series device. It is manufactured by AGM and is suitable for a wide range of applications from automotive, consumer and data processing to video, communication and wireless systems.
