The N2795A is a generator which is part of the Tektronix Advanced Geometry Tester (AGT) test system. It is used to generate signals ranging from 1MHz to 70MHz with frequency transitions as low as 3 ns. The generator also provides built-in controls for software calibration and test stand calibration. It is designed to be used in high-speed, high-precision, optical and electrical device characterisation.
