TERMOSONIK PCB is an integrated thermopaste assembly, developed by AG Termopasty. It is used for mounting printed circuit boards and for improving the heat transfer between processors and other components. The TERMOSONIK PCB consists of two components: the silver-based thermopaste and the pad of aluminum or copper. The thermopaste improves the thermal transfer between the components, while the metal pad serves as a heat sink and as a mechanical support for the printed circuit board. The TERMOSONIK PCB can also be used to protect components against excessive heat, noise and vibration.
