The Allwinner AXP813 BGA-218 ROHS Power Management Specialized - PMIC is a power management integrated circuit (PMIC) designed for short circuit protection, over temperature protection and precise battery charging control. It features a single-/dual-/triple-cell typology Li-ion battery charger, 1-cell typology LiFePO4 battery charger, battery voltage measurement, support charging, discharging and stand-by power management. It also supports one buck-boost circuit used to supply the other IC on the board, one buck circuit, two LDOs, two LDO-Packs and a charging LED driver. This PMIC supports automatic adjustment of charging current according to voltage, temperature, time, etc. Additionally, a resealing circuit is included to cut off power when the battery voltage is low. This PMIC is available in the BGA-218 package and is designed to meet the RoHS standard.
