SemiconductorThe AOZ1046AI is a DC-DC converter step-down adjustable 1 4.75V 16V 0.8V 2A SOIC-8_150mil RoHS manufactured by Alpha & Omega Semiconductor. It is a highly durable, cost-effective, low power, single-output step down switching DC-DC converter with a wide adjustable input range from 4.75V to 16V. It has an adjustable output voltage range of 0.8V to VIN. It also has a maximum output current of 2A and a high efficiency up to 96.5%. It has very low input and output ripples and is RoHS compliant. Additionally, it has a small size of SOIC-8_150mil package for easy integration. It provides excellent temperature performance with a high temperature option up to 170C.
