The AOZ1231QI-01 is an integrated power module and switching regulator from Alpha & Omega. This device combines a MOSFET driver, switched-mode power supply, and protection circuitry into a single, power-saving IC. The device can deliver up to 12Amp of continuous output current, and up to 41V of output voltage. It has built-in safety features such as over-temperature protection, over-current protection, and short-circuit protection, which helps ensure the proper operation of the device, even in the most extreme conditions.
