TM MachineryMate intrinsically safe vibration meter kit MAC800-IS Wilcoxons handheld MAC800-IS vibration meter analyzes and displays vibration signals, helping users identify machine faults before they impact operations or lead to failure. The meter comes with built-in band filters for unbalance, misalignment and looseness, and its low frequency range allows readings on machinery running at speeds as slow as 120 RPM. The meter is IECEx/ATEX and SGS certified intrinsically safe for use in Class 1 Zone 1 hazardous locations. When used with the included DataMate software, the MAC800-IS kit can become the foundation of a plantwide condition monitoring program, supporting up to ten machines. Upgrading to DataMate PRO allows monitoring of up to 1,000 machines. Other options for extended capabilities include Bluetooth headphones for auditory monitoring and a strobelight attachment for run speed analysis. Key features Intrinsically safe, certified Certifications for Class I, Zone 1 hazardous areas Ex ib IIC T4 Gb Data trending software Class I, Div 2 -20C Ta +40C Internal data storage Built-in ISO alarms and Bluetooth capability Includes intrinsically safe accelerometer with magnet DataMate software BDU reading to easily identify bearing problems DataMate is the easy to use vibration 800 line FFT spectrum analysis software tool designed for the MAC800 series. It supports up to 10 Manufactured in an machines (standard) or up to 1,000 approved ISO 9001 facility (PRO version), with 10 individual points per machine. By enabling remote access to databases and readings, the software makes it simple to monitor machinery at more than one site.
