The AS3900-BQFP is a contactless and secure reader IC from ams. It is a highly integrated solution for ISO18092/NFC-F contactless and secure reader applications. It has a typical power consumption of up to 50mA and can be used at a frequency of 13.56MHz. The AS3900-BQFP integrates a microcontroller, an analogue front-end and an application processor, enabling protocol communication between NFC-F initiators and targets. The device is available in a 64-pin BQFP package, with an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
