The AD8361ARMZ-REEL7 from Analog Devices is a RF detector with a minimum SO cutoff frequency of DC to 2.5 GHz. It is a true power detector with a throughput of up to 1000 MHz and a digital correction and control interface. The detector features an on-chip amplifier, a peak detector, an analog-to-digital converter (ADC), and a digital signal processor (DSP), allowing the user to easily calculate the packet-to-packet power of an RF signal. This part is suitable for applications such as wireless communications, power measurements, and industrial process control.
