The ADG1634BRUZ-REEL7 is an ultra-low power quad SPDT (single-pole double-throw) analog switch IC manufactured by Analog Devices. It is a monolithic CMOS device with low "On" resistance of 2 Max Ron and very low "Off" leakage current, making it ideal for high precision signal routing applications. It features two independent power supplies, +5V and +12V, and a single logic supply of +/-5V, allowing a wide range of voltages to be accommodated. The 'BRUZ' version of the device offers improved performance, including a fast switching speed of < 10 ns and an enable/disable function. This switch also offers signal range of -3.0V to +3V and can handle 2A maximum at its three terminals (common, NO, and NC).
