The ADUM3402ARWZ-RL is a quad-channel digital isolator from Analog Devices with digital EH system-level ESD protection. This device is designed to provide galvanic isolation with excellent data communication, surge immunity, and ESD immunity. It has a high data rate of up to 500 Mbps, permitting typical communication links up to 200 m in length (including series capacitance and inductance). The ADUM3402ARWZ-RL uses optically-coupled silicon MOSFETs, with a double-exponential step response transfer function to provide very low distortion and noise immunity. The device meets or exceeds the requirements of CE, EN, and IEC 61000-4-2 ESD standards.
