inc The DS1270AB-70 is a 256K Nonvolatile SRAM Module manufactured by Analog Devices. It features 256K bytes of battery backed-up SRAM with a 70ns access time and a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage range. The module offers a write protect pin and battery protection circuit, in order to prevent data loss and the premature battery depletion, respectively. It is specifically designed for applications such as data logging, safety-critical application storage, and industrial automation. The module has an operating temperature range of -40° C to +85° C and is packaged in a 48-pin DIP package.
