The HMC197ATR is a low-noise MMIC amplifier from Analog Devices. It is a monolithic amplifier designed for use in the 1–18GHz frequency range. It features an extremely low Noise Figure of 0.39dB, a low P1dB of +13.5dBm, and an excellent Gain Flatness of +/-0.5dB. It is offered in 3 different hardware configurations: plastic SMT package, enclosed ceramic SMT package, and a bare die device.
