LT3081 1.5A Single Resistor Rugged Linear Regulator with Monitors Fea T Descrip T n Extended Safe Operating Area The LT 3081 is a 1.5A low dropout linear regulator de- n Maximum Output Current: 1.5A signed for rugged industrial applications. Key features of n Stable with or without Input/Output Capacitors the IC are the extended safe operating area (SOA), output n Wide Input Voltage Range: 1.2V to 36V current monitor, temperature monitor and programmable n Single Resistor Sets Output Voltage current limit. The LT3081 can be paralleled for higher n Output Current Monitor: I = I /5000 output current or heat spreading.
