The LT3753EFE#PBF is a high-efficiency switching controller active clamp synchronous forward controller manufactured by Analog Devices. It contains a low noise low side N-channel MOSFET drive along with a high side P-channel MOSFET, along with protective features such as cycle-by-cycle current limit, thermal shutdown protection, positive/negative DC input voltage range, soft start, and output current monitoring. This part is designed for high-frequency (HF) converters, suitable for applications such as power-over-Ethernet, battery charging, as well as a range of AC/DC offline converters. Additionally, it has a very low profile QFN-6 package, and can run at a switching frequency up to 4MHz. This device provides best-in-class efficiency with accurate current and voltage regulation.
