LTC1045 Programmable Micropower Hex Translator/ Receiver/Driver FEATURES DESCRIPTIO n Efficiently Translate Voltage Levels The LTC 1045 is a hex level translator manufactured using TM n Internal Hysteresis for Noise Immunity Linear Technologys enhanced LTCMOS silicon gate n Output Latches Included process. It consists of six high speed comparators with n Three-State Outputs output latches and three-state capability. Each compara- n Programmable Power/Speed tors plus input is brought out separately. The minus inputs n Power Can Be Completely Shut Off of comparators 1 to 4 are tied to V while 5 and 6 are TRIP1 n 50V on Inputs with External 100k Limit Resistor tied to V . TRIP2 n 1.2m s Response at 100m A Supply Current + The I pin has several functions. When taken to V the SET outputs are latched and power is completely shut off.
