LTC2930 Con gurable Six Supply Monitor with Adjustable Reset Timer, Manual Reset FEATURES DESCRIPTION Simultaneously Monitors Six Supplies The LTC 2930 is a con gurable supply monitor for 16 User Selectable Combinations of systems with up to six supply voltages. One of 16 preset or 5V, 3.3V, 3V, 2.5V, 1.8V, 1.5V and adjustable voltage monitor combinations can be selected Adjustable Voltage Thresholds using an external resistive divider connected to the mode Guaranteed 1.5% Threshold Accuracy select pin. The preset voltage thresholds are accurate Adjustable Reset Timeout to 1.5% over temperature. The LTC2930 also features Low Supply Current: 52A adjustable inputs with a 0.5V nominal threshold. Manual Reset Pin The reset timeout period is adjustable using an external Power Supply Glitch Immunity capacitor. A reset event may be generated with a manual Guaranteed RST for V 1V CC reset button on the manual reset input. Tight voltage High Temperature Operation to 125C threshold accuracy and glitch immunity ensure reliable 12-Lead 3mm 3mm DFN Package reset operation without false triggering. The RST output is guaranteed to be in the correct state for V down to 1V CC APPLICATIONS and may be externally pulled up to an external voltage. Desktop and Notebook Computers The 52A supply current makes the LTC2930 ideal for Multivoltage Systems power conscious systems and it may be con gured to Telecom Equipment monitor fewer than six inputs.
