LTC4359 Ideal Diode Controller with Reverse Input Protection FEATURES DESCRIPTION n Reduces Power Dissipation by Replacing a Power The LTC 4359 is a positive high voltage ideal diode control- Schottky Diode ler that drives an external N-channel MOSFET to replace n Wide Operating Voltage Range: 4V to 80V a Schottky diode.
