The LTC4364CMS-1#TRPBF is a Surge Stopper with Ideal Diode designed to provide utility level fault protection. Manufactured by Analog Devices, it utilizes a patented low-capacitance Integral Clamp circuit to rapidly redirect damaging voltage and current transients, caused by lightning, short circuits, and other over-voltage events, away from sensitive circuits. The latchoff after a fault feature ensures primary protection and provides a significant increase in protection time for the PCB. This component is matched to the nominal voltage of the protected circuit, and features adjustable thresholds and time delays. It also features suppression of 2.4 to 5.2V transients with Standoff Voltage.
