MAX15162 8V to 60V Smart Dual 1.5A Circuit Breaker with Accurate Current Monitoring General Description Benefits and Features The MAX15162/MAX15162A devices are dual-channel, 8V to 60V Wide Input Voltage Range circuit-breaker ICs. The devices integrate a dual-channel Integrated Dual-Power MOSFET controller with dual 140m (in WLP, 180m in TQFN) Turn-On Resistance 140m (WLP), 180m (TQFN) power MOSFETs and electronic circuit-breaker protection MOSFET in a single package.
