MAX17024 Single Quick-PWM Step-Down Controller with Dynamic REFIN General Description Features The MAX17024 pulse-width modulation (PWM) controller Quick-PWM with Fast Transient Response provides high efficiency, excellent transient response, and Supports Any Output Capacitor high DC-output accuracy needed for stepping down high- No Compensation Required with Polymers/ voltage batteries to generate low-voltage core or chipset/ Tantalum RAM bias supplies in notebook computers. The output Stable with Ceramic Output Capacitors Using voltage can be controlled using the dynamic REFIN, External Compensation which supports input voltages between 0 to 2V. The Precision 2V 10mV Reference REFIN adjustability combined with a resistive voltage- Dynamically Adjustable Output Voltage divider on the feedback input allows the MAX17024 to be (0 to 0.9 x V Range) configured for any output voltage between 0 to 0.9 x V .
