The MAX2620EUA+T is an RF oscillator manufactured by Analog Devices. It has an integrated Voltage-Controlled Oscillator (VCO) that can generate frequency ranging between 10 MHz and 1050 MHz. The device is in a 1.5 x 1.5mm, 16-lead QFN package, making it ideal for space restricted applications. Additionally, it requires only a single power source, along with an optional bypass capacitor for the best performance. It is capable of providing low phase-noise performance of -167 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset. The device also features excellent power-supply rejection ratio of 72 dBc, and a 1.8 V to 4 V supply voltage range and is well suited to applications such as GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, WiMAX, RFID, wireless LANs, and GPS receivers.
