The MAX31865ATP+ is a temperature converter produced by Analog Devices in a 3 Lead Small Outline Package (SOIC) with a RoHS compliant package. It is a single-channel, high-accuracy, µMAXRTD-to-digital signal converter for use in cold-junction compensated, direct thermal sensing, resistance temperature detector (RTD) measurements. The device operates from a 3.3- voltage supply and includes a precision 24-bit analog- to-digital converter (ADC) and a precision RTD bias supply. It features an SPI interface, selectable timing and noise filters, a fault detection circuit, and programmable temperature alarm settings.
