MAX3520 DOCSIS 3.0 Upstream Amplifier General Description Features The MAX3520 is an integrated CATV upstream amplifier +5V Supply Voltage IC designed to exceed the DOCSIS 3.0 requirements. Ultra-Low 25mW Dissipation in Transmit-Disable The amplifier covers a 5MHz to 85MHz input frequency Mode range (275MHz, 3dB bandwidth), and is capable of trans- 63dB Gain Control Range in 1dB Steps mitting four QPSK modulated carriers, each at +58dBmV, -63dBc Harmonic Distortion at 64dBmV Output simultaneously within this range.
