MAX38902A/MAX38902B/ 10.5V Low Noise 500mA LDO Linear RMS MAX38902C/MAX38902D Regulator General Description Benefits and Features The MAX38902A/B/C/D are low-noise, linear regulators 1.7V to 5.5V Input Voltage Range that deliver up to 500mA of output current with only 0.6V to 5.3V Output Voltage Range 10.5V of output noise from 10Hz to 100kHz. These 10.5V Output Noise, 10Hz to 100kHz RMS RMS regulators maintain 1% output accuracy over a wide in- 365A Operating Supply Current put voltage range, requiring only 100mV of input-to-output 70dB PSRR at 10kHz headroom at full load. The 365A no-load supply current 500mA Maximum Output Current is independent of dropout voltage. 1% DC Accuracy over Load, Line, and Temperature 100mV (max) Dropout at 500mA Load (3.6V ) IN The MAX38902A have nine, pin-selectable output volt- < 0.1A Shutdown Supply Current ages 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.0V, 3.1V, 3.3V, 4.0V, and Stable with 2F (min) Output Capacitance 5V.
