MAX40010 76V Precision, High-Voltage, Current-Sense Amplifier General Description Benefits and Features The MAX40010 single-channel, high-side precision current- Input Common Mode +2.7V to +76V sense amplifier with an input common-mode voltage Ultra-Tiny 1mm x 1.5mm 6-bump WLP and SOT23 range from 2.7V to 76V, making it ideal for communications, Packages automotive, data centers and other systems where high- Low 12V (max) Input Offset Voltage voltage current monitoring is critical. The MAX40010 offer accuracy specifications of less than 12V (max) Input Low 0.1% (max) Gain Error Offset voltage and less than 0.1% (max) gain error. By Available Gain Options: offering precision offset and gain error specifications, the G = 12.5V/V: MAX40010L MAX40010 makes it possible to sense very small sense/ G = 20V/V: MAX40010T shunt resistors, further improving system efficiencies and G = 50V/V: MAX40010F power dissipation through the sense element. G = 100V/V: MAX40010H The MAX40010 features 80kHz of small signal bandwidth and four unique gain options (12.5V/V, 20V/V, 50V/V, and Applications 100V/V). The devices current-sense inputs have EMIR Base-Stations and Communication Equipment filters to reject RF found in communications equipment.
